For me it only showed blank pages on the right-hand pane. So I
don't know if it was any good.
Windows sometimes uses a security "feature" that doesn't allow the user to
read the content of a chm file, but only the tree view on the left pane.
It also happened to me, and the problem was that the file contained a "#"
char in its name. I removed that char from the chm's file name, and I was
able to read it.
Now maybe there is another similar problem.
