When you search for a page on the search box, and it's not found, there's a place you can click on the not-found page to create the page. That will take you to an edit page. You edit pages just like you would for Wikipedia (I realize this isn't much help if you haven't edited Wikipedia pages). I added some "editing help" (link at the bottom of the edit page) a week or so ago, but it's pretty sparse (and mostly copied from Wikipedia's help). -- Eric J. Roode
