This is the answer. You built wxWidgets before you touched Alien.
That way it works, I was wondering if I can let Alien control it as Mattia has
already built the Alien flags => wxWidgets flags mapping.
I guess I cannot avoid building wxWidgets on my own but I have not see --prefix
among the options of ./configure in wxWidgets. Searching more...
