  I just committed them (only tested in the demo, but they should work).

I'd really like to be able to utilize both images and text in a button at the 
same
time like you can in Perl/Tk.  I know there are workarounds for this using 
Wx::BitmapButton and converting
the text to part of the image - but it's not really the same !!
