Re-release 14a of Citrus for Windows now actually works. Apologies to
early downloaders of confusingly broken release 14.

Whilst the main reason for the latest release is to get wxWidgets 2.9.3
some more coverage, the other interesting feature, I think, is that you
can now create dependent executables for your distribution and ship
