I am testing a new strawberry perl-5.19.x beta -
http://strawberryperl.com/beta/ - it uses gcc-4.8.2
Wx-0.9923 hangs in t/14_eh_die.t
It happens only on MSWin 64bit version, MSWin 32bit seems to build & test fine
