Actually, I am using eclipse X10DT, which hides the compilation options from me. Poking around in the eclipse internal files with grep and vi, I found an xml file that stated g++ options and I added -DDYNAMIC to these. There was no apparent change, but of course I am not sure whether the compilation process looks at this xml file before doing the build (or whether it takes the compilation options from elsewhere). I didn't find an eclipse menu which allowed me to see and change the compiler options. What is this option doing ? -- Mit freundlichen Grüßen / Kind regards Dr. Christoph Pospiech High Performance & Parallel Computing Phone: +49-351 86269826 Mobile: +49-171-765 5871 E-Mail: christoph.pospi...@de.ibm.com ------------------------------------- IBM Deutschland GmbH Vorsitzender des Aufsichtsrats: Erich Clementi Geschäftsführung: Martin Jetter (Vorsitzender), Reinhard Reschke, Christoph Grandpierre, Klaus Lintelmann, Michael Diemer, Martina Koederitz Sitz der Gesellschaft: Ehningen / Registergericht: Amtsgericht Stuttgart, HRB 14562 WEEE-Reg.-Nr.
