[+x10-users, bcc:x10-core]

X10 supports reading files as streams of basic types (bytes, chars) or
line-by-line.  It does not have libraries for any specific file
format.  See the X10doc documentation for x10.io.Reader for more
details: http://x10.sourceforge.net/x10doc/2.2.1/x10/io/Reader.html .
