Hi John - could you please try to set LD_LIBRARY_PATH outside of X10DT? I
suspect that the correct place to set this is not the environment of the
program that you're running, but rather X10DT itself.

For example, at a command line, type "export
LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/opt/IBM/pardebx10/2.1/lib:$LD_LIBRARY_PATH", and then
launch x10dt from that window.

Subject: [X10-users] Error message FD2 lib not loaded during x10
            execution   in x10dt

How does one configure x10dt so that the error :
          FD2 lib not loaded (continuing): libderdFD2.so: cannot open
shared object file: No such file or directory
Does not occur at runtime.
I have tried modifying the LD_LIBRARY_PATH in the "run configurations
"Environment" panel to include
the /opt/IBM/pardebx10/2.1/lib without success.

Where are the instructions on using the x10 debugger from the command
line.

I have had no success in using it from x10dt. In both standalone mode  and
localhost via sockets, x10dt does not appear to invoke the debugger.
