What is the minimal version OpenMPI required? I tried building with OpenMPI
1.6.4 and 1.7.2 .
The 1.6.4 version failed, but the OpenMPI 1.7.2 succeeded.
The failed compilation with OpenMPI appeared to be complaining about
asynchronous collective calls.
