The project setup for the x10.compiler project assumes you have the
lpg.runtime plugin installed from http://lpg.sourceforge.net/updates/ You
can either install this plugin, or hack around it by adding the lpg.jar
from x10.dist/lib/lpg.jar to the classpath of the x10.compiler project.
Probably simplest to just install the plugin via Eclipse update mechanism.
