The need for a very specific version of Eclipse is caused by X10DT's usage
of PTP.  It depends on what you want to accomplish, but if you are just
looking for an Eclipse-based X10 source editor you could only install the
x10dt.editor.feature.  The editor feature gives you X10 source editing and
basic compilation, but doesn't include the ability to build/launch on
remote hosts.  Because it doesn't include PTP, it is much less sensitive to
Eclipse versions.
