I've submitted a patch for xfwm4 at https://trac.macports.org/ticket/46717 . With XFCE 4.6.2 that's in MacPorts quite outdated (and xfce4-panel not even building for me), I've spent some time updating xfwm4, xfce4-panel and their dependencies to the current version (4.11). That'll break the remaining XFCE ports (which I don't plan on using), so uploading updated Portfiles to trac doesn't seem appropriate. But I'm willing to share the files with anyone interested.
