XQuartz 2.7.11_rc1 is available for download. It contains a fix for a fontconfig caching bug (https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=97546) and version bumps for mesa and libpng. Other than that, it's the same as XQuartz 2.7.10.
