Apologies for slow reply, upgrading to beta NSFW, so do at weekend

As Version 13.0 Beta (22A5311f) 

XQuartz (XQuartz 2.8.2 (xorg-server 1.20.14) generated  xterms are still at top 
and cannot be sent to back..

(A terminal window does not do this, but all xwindows it creates do.)
