I see a weird quirk in the 2.8.2 "preferences manager" where I am
unable to add a functional entry, neither as a duplicate of an existing
one, nor from scratch.
For a duplicate, any changes get reverted to the entry duplicated from,
and for a new entry the fields are blanked out arbitrarily.
Does anybody else see this?
