Hi,

In previous commits we have added optimized Arm Neon assembly
implementations of SAD, SAD_x3 and SAD_x4 primitives for all block
sizes and bitdepths. This patch series removes the now-redundant Neon
intrinsics implementations of these primitives.

(This series is based on the master branch.)
