This statement applies to all web pages hosted on the domains x2go.org, 
including all of their subdomains. While browsing these pages,

   your IP address* (or the proxy IP address*, if your request was made using a

are being recorded in a log file by the projects own server. If you accessed a 
password-protected page, the same log file will also contain the user name you 
provided (dokuwiki, jenkins, ..), but not the password. The justification for 
this is article 6, (1) b) of the GDPR. As per the definition in article 28 of 
the GDPR, the projects itself is the data processor. Furthermore the project 
has entered a written contractual agreement with hetzner online GmbH, our 
server homing company.
The project will shorten all IP addresses marked with a * in the list above in 
all log files by the last octet (IPv4)/the last 11 bytes (IPv6) if it is 
possible by the used software, to comply with article 5, (1) c) (data 
minimization) and article 25 (1) (pseudonymisation) of the GDPR. For any 
questions regarding how the people of this project uses this data, makes it
accessible to third parties, retention times, deletion requests, etc., please 
contact us on our contacts page.
Our use of this data is limited to occasional error analysis, and to review 
suspected abuse of our services. We do not share this data with third parties, 
nor do we use it for other purposes.

Additionally, we do not use external tracking tools like Google Analytics or 
similar. Cookies are used by dokuwiki to authenticate an user session and is 
only used by this wiki software. Please visit the dokuwiki's project site to
