Hi List, We have setup x2go and are testing the whole setup. We are using multiwindow rootless setup. So this means that the normal Windows desktop is leading and starting the application results in standard MS-Windows Windows being opened.
When we are using this setup, we are experiencing frequent crashes in XMing. As a matter of fact the crashes occur so frequently that the whole setup is useless (At least one crash per hour). So if anyone knows what to do about these problems I would be VERY happy. As a suggestion that I haven't tried yet; could it be that the parameters that are passed to XMing conflict? I read the documentation of XMing and there seems to be an xmingrc which could also be used for entering parameters. I do not find that in the xming directory of x2go. So.... maybe we could experiment with that?
