Hi Mike,

do you have an overview about the tools? (Maybe just dump it info to
i18n an the wiki). If it is mainly gettext we can use launchpad
(although I have not played with it - Reinhard?). That way there is no
need to for translators to learn how to mess with git or even po-files.
Importing the strings can be done automatically via the bazaar import,
and the export can be scripted (wget).
