Setting an Exception for x2GO's Program Directory isd enough for Kaspersky to let it work! But: at least on debian you have to install kde-core even if you want to start gnome... Seems as there is something of it needed by x2go: Info: Using pack method '16m-jpeg-9' with session 'unix-kde-depth_32'.
