Please take a look here for first test-building: http://code.x2go.org/releases/source/nx-libs We have provided two tarballs: nx-libs_<version>-full.tar.gz nx-libs_<version>-lite.tar.gz
then I guess there currently does not exist a stable release of x2goserver that can be built from source tarballs.
That is about tho change with these tarballs.
In that case, perhaps I can assist with getting a stable source tarball release together, but I will need some assistance.
Assistance could be:
- test our Makefiles and Makefile patches
- installation should put files /usr/local by default
(however, there are hard-coded paths in NX, that we have
to eliminate. Please take a look at the patches we already apply.
- uninstallation should work cleanly, as well
Please send patches to the x2go-dev ML. And ask for anything you need
there, as well.
