You can also place a wrapper script /usr/bin/x2goagent that executes nxagent (with all cmdline options).
However, you will not have the X2GO splash then and neither will you have xinerama support and other features that X2Go introduces to NX (redistributed).
Using nxagent from another source is not be supported by us. You will be on your own if you take that path. ;-)
