Please check the x2go users mailing list for questions like this. Anyway: First try running setxkbmap, and when that does not solve the problem and you are using Gnome "metacity --replace" might solve the problem. Cheers Morty
With GNOME, also make sure that your keyboard model and type is configured as a pc105 generic keyboard (in the GNOME keyboard utility under System -> Settings).
