Agreed! So with many other X2Go commands in /usr/bin. The reason is that the client implementations currently expect to find the x2go* commands in $PATH.
I would suggest to either: a) make it robust against wrong calling usage, b) place it in /usr/lib/x2go/x2goruncommand instead, or c) both.
