Please send a complete list of versions and OSses being used to this list. On Debian, use
dpkg -l *x2go* && dpkg -l *nx*to report version of installed packages. Did you only upgrade your server or did you also upgrade your clients.
Does using PyHoca-GUI instead of X2Go Client solve the lacking access to your servers?
