However, I have copied that folder to /srv/git/code.x2go.org and also checked that you can modify the symbolic links in /srv/git/code.x2go.org/*.git/hooks/.
This should enable you to modify the hook symlinks and let them point to files in /srv/git/code.x2go.org/_hooks_/.
