What crashes is x2goagent (shown on client-side screen through
nxproxy). And x2goagent crashes because the
application/GTK/Qt/otherlib sends some X protocol command to the
x2goagent (which actually is an X server variant) that cannot be
handled by x2goagent.

Yes, at least bugs fixed in newer version of Xorg have probably not found its way into nxagent (forked as x2goagent).
