Had an older version of x2go working. Updated x2go client on my home PC Using Ubuntu 11.10 64bit for x2goserver Installed x2goserver as usual
>From my client (also Ubuntu 11.10 64 bit)... I try to connect and get the message about accepting a server connection not seen before and I answer - yes. I then get the x2goclient window to provide my password and I do so. It comes back immediately with this message? *Access denied. Authentication that can continue: publickey,keyboard-interactive* I've not seen that before but anyone got an idea what's causing it? sshd_config on the server is configured to allow password logins AND if I use SSH I can connect from my local machine to the remote server OK. So its not an SSH problem. I then tried my work laptop which still has the older version of x2go and it DOES connect ok. Something is broken now on my home PC. I purged the x2goclient from my home machine just in case but I still have the same problem. If anyone has any suggestions as to how to troubleshoot or a log to look at I'd appreciate any tips. thanks brian
