Fullscreen with xinerama on kind of flashed both displays like it was
going to use them but then it minimized itself and wouldn't actually
open.  I can pick either display 1 or 2 and it opens fullscreen on a
single monitor or I can start smaller and resize to fill either or
both but something seems to be wrong with using both at startup.  Also
'fullscreen' on display 1 doesn't take the windows task bar into
account and goes behind it.   Resizing seems to work fine, though -
but it is best to make the initial size small enough that you can
access the corner to drag it.
