Sorry, I can't help you with your OpenBox config, as I'm not really
using OpenBox myself. Someone else on this list might chime in and
provide a solution, though.
However, for Ctrl+Alt+Fn, please note that X2Go is not a
Keyboard-Video-Mouse remote control implemented in software, so you
simply cannot switch to "text mode" using X2Go.
X2Go displays are independent of the actual displays running on a
machine, with the sole exception being "connection to local desktop",
which can take over X Display :0, which is usually running on the
screen accessible via Alt+F7.
