This has been fixed very recently :

If I understood well, this is to be included in next X2Go major release but
this is easy to fix manually until then, just modifiy /usr/sbin/x2gothinclientd
inside your TCE chroot image with the patch in the link.

pxe. What do I have to do to make sound work?
Extract from my /opt/x2gothinclient/etc/x2gothinclient_sessions:
