I have re-installed a fresh install of Zesty-Mate on my old Mac Pro 1,1.
I had to modify the ISO to work with my odd ball 64-bit CPU but 32-bit BIOS,
but other than that it is stock Zesty Mate. I then installed all the tools
and dependencies to build the Arctica 3.5.99 version of nx-libs, and installed
those. I thehn installed the Nightly Builds version of x2go client and server.
Almost everything works, enough for the functionality I need. The only
thing that does not work is the background does not get set when I login, it
remains block. But I can manually set it and then it works fine. So something
is still broke but I don't need a pretty background for things to be
functional, so the important things are working for me now.
