Another issue is, the windows' menu fonts are exceptionally big even though the contents seem proportional.. I do not know if this is relevant to the missing of some options... in /usr/bin/x2goruncommand, there is the mapping between "KDE" and the command to be executed.
Can you fiddle on a patch that makes x2goruncommand work again with your plasma/kde setup? If so, could you provide your patch?
