The apps require Xinput2 - x2go  (or rather nx-libs) only support
Xinput1. There's nothing you can do about this as a user. Of course
contributions to NX implementing xinput2 are welcome ;-)

You can try x2gokdrive (can be activated in the session tab of x2goclient).
