You'll have to give us a little more information to go on before we can answer your question. How are you running Xalan? From the command line, or from your own code? What version of DocBook are you using?
There is no limit to the size of the output Xalan can produce.

Hello:
I'm sure I'm doing something wrong, but I'm new to Xalan and I don't
know where is the problem. I have a DocBook xml file which I want to
publish
in PDF. I use Xalan to transform it to FO. The problem is the output file
is
not the whole source document, it gets trimmed near the 32768 bytes limit
with no error message. Any idea?
