The AllInOne projects were not ready for use in 1.4, and nothing really
links against them anyway, so there's no need to build them.
If you want to rebuild everything that you need, just de-select AllInOne
and AllInOneWithICU.

Sorry, missed to tell: i was trying to build the AllnOne project from
the .dsw file. I have VC 6 with SP3 installed on a W2K machine. I
followed the steps on the Document to rebuild Xalan. So...
