Hi,

I didn't get so far. The first step, in which I am failing, is just to build ICU. Xalan will follow, once I am successful. Hopefully it will be soon  ;-)
I was successfully avoiding building Xalan with ICU (from Xalan version 1.2), but finally some users of my application linking Xalan and Xerces libraries made me to try to build Xalan with ICU  :-(

So the question remains: are versions of aCC, gcc, gmake and OS OK to build ICU?
