Thanks, Dave. It's not an emergency. I can work around it, but it's
certainly a nice feature if I can get it to work.

I made a cursory inspection of the Perl wrapper, but I, too, am a bit
too swamped to dig into an interface I barely know. I figure as someone
who knows the wrapped code, you might have butter luck.

I appreciate your willingness to investigate.
