Hi,

Are you sure your XALANCROOT environment variable is correct?  I have not
seen this problem, and I just did a build this afternoon.

Also, are you really using ICU 2.6?  I haven't tried building Xalan with
that version of the ICU yet, so I'm not sure if there are any compatibility
problems.

I get this error when trying to build Xalan 1.6 according to the specs
of the Subject:

gmake: *** No rule to make target
`/usr/local/src/xml-xalan-1.6/src/xalanc/TestXSLT/process.cpp', needed
by `/usr/local/src/xml-xalan-1.6/c/src/xalanc/obj/process.o'.  Stop.

I couldn't find any evidence of others encountering this issue in the
Bug Database or in the Mailing List Archives. Is something I should
submit as a bug? Is there an easy fix?
