[Vote] Nomination of Matthew Hoyt for committer status

Hi all,

Over the past 6 months, Matthew Hoyt has been contributing to the Xalan-C
project
by submitting patches, answering questions on the mailing lists and helping
test
the distributions prior to release.  To help him contribute more
effectively to
the project, I'd like to nominate him for committer status.
