Hi,
I was wondering whether it is possible to use Xalan-C (and Xerces) without
loading external DTDs (assuming validation is turned off). Currently (Xalan-C
1.6) external DTDs are loaded even if validation is turned off. I know that the
Xerces parser has the option of not loading external DTDs
(SAXParser::setLoadExternalDTD(bool)), and it would be nice if the same option
exists in Xalan-C.
