Trying to build http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/xalan/c/tags/Xalan-C_1_10_0,
using Visual Studio 2005, with the patch and project files mentioned at http://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/XALANC-584. I've seen help/tips mention building the Localization project. However I do not see a Localization project in the VC8 projects (nor the VC9 projects) Any tips?
