I didn't find one either- I don't believe there has ever been an official
1.11 release- so I pulled the source on its way to 1.11 from the Subversion
repository.
With any command line Subversion client, use a line like this...
svn co http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/xalan/c/trunk .
...to check out the source tree into the current folder. I used the
CollabNet client. There are GUI clients out there too.
What builds from such a checkout is versioned as 1.11 .
