  Removed:     test     compatconftest.bat ConformanceTest.bat
                        PerformanceTest.bat runharness.bat runtest.bat
                        TestThreads.bat TestThreadsX1.bat traxapitest.bat
                        xalanj1apitest.bat
  Log:
  Remove deprecated files to avoid confusion; all of these convenience
  batch files have been replaced by an Ant target called from build.bat/.sh
