  Modified:    java/bin xml-apis.jar
  Log:
  Replacing xml-apis.jar with the version from the RIVERCOURT1 branch 
  of xml-commons.   The xml-commons-1.0.b2 version does not pass
  the TCK 1.1 or the TCK 1.2.
