Added: java/src/org/apache/xalan/dom3/xpath COPYRIGHT.html
Log:
Copying the copyright statement for the DOM L3 XPath API interfaces into
the temporary package (org.apache.xalan.dom3.xpath) which contains
the interfaces until they become a recommendation.
