TransformerFactoryImpl.java
Log:
Use Xerces as the default provider for property org.xml.sax.driver. Even
though this property is set in XercesImpl.jar, it is sometimes undefined, which
causes failures in the conf tests. More investigation is needed, but for now
this patch fixes the problem.
