Oops,
I meant to type "79k" instead of "79MB". Now I'm able to get 139k. Seems the
proxy server clears its cache after about 30 minutes. Does anyone have a guess
why the transfer is only partially completing? Perhaps the versions of HTTP
supoprted by the proxy server and by the web server mis-match?

Subject: xalan-j_2_1_0.zip download issue
I keep getting a 79MB invalid .zip file when I try to download
xalan-j_2_1_0.zip <http://xml.apache.org/dist/xalan-j/xalan-j_2_1_0.zip>.
Perhaps this is a proxy server problem because the proxy server fails often.
Can anyone email me the file or point me to another link?
