processor=trax doesn't help, I get
java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: org.apache.tools.ant.taskdefs.optional.TraXLiaison

Indeed, but I have no such jar. The real problem seems to be the ant 1.3 binary
release does not include this optional.jar file that actually isn't "optional" for
many built-in ant tasks. I'll file a bug when jakarta.apache.org's ant bug server is
back online.
